Leading Behavior and Relation with the Level of Creative Thinking of Physical Education Teachers in the Private Teaching Directorate in Jordan

dc.description.abstract This study aimed to recognize the distinguished leading behavior, level of creative thinking and relation between both among physical education teachers in the private teaching directorate in Jordan according to variables, gender, directorate and experience in teaching. The study sample consisted of (77) teachers. The researcher used the arithmetic mean, std.D, frequencies & percent, and multi variance (MANOVA). The results revealed that social consolidation method was the most use and distinguished among individuals of the study sample, while the dictatoric method was the least use. Statistical differences were found in social consolidation dimension for males. Statistical differences in the ability of creative thinking were found according to the scientific qualification for those who hold master degree. No statistical differences related to the rest of the dimensions were found most. A significant positive relation among all dimensions of the leading behavior were found relation between the dictatoric method and ability of creative thinking for all the sample individuals was found. The researcher recommended creating incentive environment to encourage creation and innovation in the Ministry of Education schools by providing the highest levels of facilities, sport and research utilities, big amount of financial and moral incentives. en_US
