dc.description.abstract The new unexpected events in the medical sector are very important because of their effect on the human life. The brain death is considered one of those issues as it had attracted the attention scientists and cusses a big conflict between scholars and physicians. The scholars believe that the patient whose brain is dead is still alive. This isdue to the availability of some aspects of life in his body, and therefore he should not be subject to the death provisions. Consequently, his body cannot be disposed of, or even be prepared for organ transfer to other patients. Scholars consider such an act a crime. The majority of physicians look to the matter from other point of view. They believe that the patient whoes brain is dead should be counted as passed away and be subject to the provisions of death, Therefore. It should be allowed to dispose of his body in favor of needy patients. en_US
