Interest of insurance: is the insured risk benefit issue to the non occurrence of the insured risk. The interest in the insurance contract has. grate importance, especially when it is about avoiding gambling and wager from that contract. Though, legislator didn’t pay it. great deal. This situation inspired the legal jurisprudence to endeavor solutions to the interest matters or conflicts, particularly, the necessity of it in some contracts (its time, nature, situation in the contract). As. result, many jurisprudence arguments raised. This study tried to focus in the different aspects of the insurance interest. As. result, the researcher pointed out the importance of the legislator interference to put an end to those arguments and suggested as well some articles to organize this issue.
