Partnership Bahraini ... A Companion of Security Functions Towards Modern Sophisticated Bahraini Police Supported by Effective Community Partnership

Abstract

The research related to the popularization and development of the concepts of community partnership, as well as community policing, as policemen is the first citizen and we have to activate the protective role of the crimes in order to let the people participate in achieving this result and this result is more important than the Judicial role of the police which begins after the occurrence of the crime. We will have the sense that the people are the watchmen by themselves. In the Words of the King “the people are the first guard for the country”. And the words of Prime Minister “The community police will be the link between the officials of the Ministry of Interior and the public in order to promote the preservation for all the achievements and gains which had achieved to the kingdom and to the people”. In addition to the other recommendation, which we have presented in the study.
