dc.description.abstract This study sheds lights on the rebellion of Jerusalem and the areas around it 1824 and 1826 against Abdallah Pasha- the ruler of Ace. The peasants of Jerusalem and Beitlehem participated in the rebellion and were supported by the inhabitants and leaders of Jerusalem city. The study discusses the causes of the rebellion, its events, and also explains the rebellion’s stages and the attempts of agreements. The study shows the end of the rebellion and examines its results and impact. The historical and analysis approaches were used in this study. The contemporary sources, and the documents of the Egyptian Archives and the shariaa court records were used to achieve the objectives of the study. en_US
