The aim of the Journal of Teaching & Teacher Education (JTTE) is to expand all types of research (qualitative, quantitative, and action research) in teaching and teacher education through high-quality publications. The journal welcomes papers concerned primarily with teaching and teacher education in general, regardless of grade-level, subject matter, and teacher’s stage of career, with a preference for papers that tackle issues and questions significant to both regional and international communities.
Examples include teachers’ attitudes; teaching effectiveness; analysis of teaching; factors affecting teachers’ performance; teachers’ professional development; teacher-related policies; etc. Contributions from all branches/sub-disciplines of Education are accepted.
JTTE is a scholarly, international, peer-reviewed, and double-blind journal with open access that provides a forum for discussing, analysing, and debating a variety of topics, practices, policies, and research studies in teaching and teacher education.
JTTE’s editorial board has as its primary mission, in the next few years to come, the development of the journal into an eminent international journal in teaching and teacher education. Manuscripts submitted for publication must be in English and should be submitted via the web. There are no page charges for publishing in this journal.
